Presentation

Absolutely cutting edge technology which uses the performances of an imposing machinery of Finnish manufacture, a nation which has for a long time been using systems for the energy recovery of waste in general. Use of this technology is aimed at achieving a progressive and almost total transformation of the way of coping with the problem of waste, substantially reducing the environmental impact, safeguarding the environment and the territory.

Description
The previously selected irrecoverable waste materials are introduced in this productive phase and undergo crushing operations by way of the following combined cycle:
The waste is picked up from ground level by a large conveyor belt and are brought to a height of four metres, where they are introduced into the mouth of the crusher. Once having fallen into this cavity, the waste is forcefully pushed by an hydraulic press against a rotating cylinder turning at a speed of approximately 90 turns per minute, fitted with serrated steel blades which with enormous friction crushes the remainder into minute particles.

Finished product
The solid residue obtained at the completion of the crushing phase is made up of minute fragments of material which are packed and stored in a specifically fitted area of the installation, pendingshipment to the thermo-enhancers and cement manufacturers in the whole European Community as secondary raw material with the function of alternative combustible. Indeed, the use of this finished product allows the production of electric energy and heat from sources which become practically inexhaustible, substantially reducing the use of raw materials like coal, coke, petroleum, etc.
